Create a company request for your business.

In this flow, the company is not created immediately. The request goes through super admin approval first. Once approved, the company is created and the person submitting this form becomes the first company admin.

The system generates the company slug automatically. If needed, a numeric suffix is added to keep it unique.

What happens next?

There is no public user signup. This form only creates a new company request.

1. Request is submitted
Company information and the initial admin candidate are recorded.
2. Super admin reviews it
The slug, company details, and access requirements are reviewed.
3. Company is created after approval
The company is provisioned and the first company admin account is created.
